The hotel is located in the middle of the historical centre, a three minute walk to the Duomo and very close to all the major sights and attractions as well as the shopping area.
Rooms are lavishly furnished in different colours, with prize period furniture and textiles of different colours and patterns. The baths are made from Carrara marble, some with hydro massage fittings. Rooms offer a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The style is very elegant and refined.
The restaurant has a red fitted carpet and special textiles to cover the walls which are also decorated by period paintings. The room has soft lighting to give a warm and cosy feel. On the ground floor there is a nice breakfast room 'The Winter garden' which works also as cocktail bar, it has a glass window ceiling so it is very bright and decorated with hanging plants from the ceiling.
This is a Renaissance period building which has been perfectly maintained and cared for over the centuries. The entrance is a little on the small side but is watched over by immaculately groomed staff who really try their best to see to a clients' every need.
You can find the Mahogany check in desk on your right hand side, all in wood and an enchanting seating area decorated by period paintings, beautiful table lamps and Persian carpets. The seating areas are furnished in different styles, some with red easy-chairs and paintings, others with green sofas and fireplace.
